Strkovec Lake Tower Competition, with Zack Cooley, February 2007, Bratislava, Slovakia The tower is overlooking a prominent feature within context of larger Bratislava downtown - the Strkovec Lake. The surrounding consists of anonymous panel housing from the 1970’s. To revive this area, while at the same time reflecting its character, the design works with repetition of basic elements on the facade to create a distinguishable landmark. It contains 97 high-end apartments in various configurations, including a roof terrace.
